Kratos (2008)

This is a sculpture of Kratos that I made nearly 4 years ago.

I couldnt finish him because I didnt have a high enough skill level to sculpt him. I didnt know enough about anatomy to do a hulked out figure like him. And no matter how strong I made the frame he kept sinking and bending. So I was forced to give up.

I havent been able to bring myself to do this till now but its time for him to hit the kurb. He is old and dusty and the clay is cracking from age because it is un-baked and Iv dropped my keyboard on him several times or kicked him because he has been under my computer table for the past 4 years. So its time for him to.

Im probably going to try this sculpt again now that I know more and can make sturdy frames out of brass now to support him.
